Officials from MARK.SPACE have announced that they will be entering into a strategic partnership with Revain, a platform built on Blockchain Technology to provide feedback mechanisms. The uniqueness of this platform is that it does not allow any user to delete or modify reviews once submitted, thereby providing a transparent and unbiased review system, which can be a boon for the e-commerce industry.
The e-commerce industry is marred by false reviews and manipulation of the rating system. This is an important issue mainly from a customer’s perspective. Furthermore, there are reviews (usually the positive ones) which are done by bots. Customers are not able to differentiate whether it is a real or fabricated review.
Taking these factors into consideration, MARK.SPACE has built a strong partnership with Revain to develop an AI-based mechanism to curb this problem. Revain has created a system that will help in recording transparent customer feedback, which guarantees immutability and no corruption, particularly for the e-commerce industry. The platform refrains from any editing or changing of feedback by users once it is submitted. This platform will be integrated with Crypto-Valley, which is development by MARK.SPACE Technologies.
