PRESS RELEASE: Lumi Wallet takes another step towards becoming the premier wallet for the EOS blockchain, celebrating the recent adoption of a new cryptocurrency with a massive giveaway for its users, bestowing them with 1,000 EOS accounts worth $5,000 in partnership with Changelly and Minergate.
Lumi has come a long way to start implementing this blockchain into their ecosystem and now it’s finally here. In the previous update, the EOS token was listed in the wallet; in the most recent one, users received an option to create an EOS account – and the swiftest can do it for free.

This giveaway has no contest rules or random lottery winners – any Lumi wallet user can sign up in EOS for free, the only requirement is to be one of the first 1,000 to do it. The giveaway has no time restriction as well: after the last user gets the free account, results of the giveaway and further rules for account registration will be posted on Lumi’s social pages.
The further roadmap for the development team includes the integration of EOS-based tokens, the support of EOS dapps, and the implementation of the EOS voting system into the wallet.
Thus, with the EOS blockchain under their belt, Lumi would ultimately become not just a multi-wallet, but a real ecosystem, in which all customary operation with a wide variety of blockchain-based solutions could be conducted right inside the wallet.
