Whether you own a small business or manage a huge corporation with multiple global offices, LinkedIn is one of the most important networking tools in your arsenal.
Therefore, in 2018 when LinkedIn unveiled LinkedIn Pages, marketers rejoiced as it gave them a chance to interact with the business community and engage their audiences simultaneously.
Now, LinkedIn has released new features for LinkedIn Pages that make it easier to engage the community and participate in the conversations that matter most to your business.
The new features are:
1. Custom Call to Action (CTA) and Analytics:Â
Page Admins and marketers will now be able to customize page engagements with a new ‘Follow’ button, which is now offered as a custom CTA on the page. The other CTA options include:
- Contact us
- Learn more
- Register
- Visit website
Page Admins can also find the click-through analytics for their custom CTA button on the Analytics Dashboard or the Visitor Analytics tab.
2. Community Hashtags:
LinkedIn is also introducing Community Hashtags that enable marketers to associate their Pages with relevant hashtags and join important conversations that members and organizations are having on those topics. From #AdvertisingWeek to #Blockchain, it’s very easy to jump in and participate from an organizational perspective. Admins receive notifications about posts and tags that are trending, and they can then jump into the conversation using the company or showcase pages.
3. Mobile Admin Editing:
LinkedIn members and page admins can now update key Page details and edit posts from their mobile device. Earlier, this feature was not available. On the mobile app, admins could just engage through the pages.
LinkedIn also plans to release new features once a quarter, so marketers can keep track of all the important updates that allow them to make the most of their LinkedIn pages.
