Global leading B2C CRM, Zaius, announced four new executive hires to further accelerate its growth.
The company’s new Chief Marketing Officer is Kyle Flaherty. He joins the company from SaaS powerhouse Rapid7 to lead Zaius’ go-to-market teams to extend global brand recognition. Kyle has had years of experience in marketing strategy, go-to-market implementation, pricing, packaging, product marketing, demand generation, public relations, media relations, analyst relations, website design, marketing analytics, and sales enablement.
Another new hire is Greg Cypes, joining the company as VP of Product. As VP of Product, Cypes brings 20 years of product experience — most recently as CTO of Contactually and prior to that, Senior VP of Product for AddThis (acquired by Oracle). Here, he will be responsible for directing the company’s product strategy and development.
Rick Kenney also joins the Zaius team as the new VP of Industry Strategy. Kenney previously served as Head of Consumer Insights at Salesforce and spearheaded the Salesforce Shopping Index and pioneered Demandware’s benchmarking practice. Here, he will lead the company’s industrial strategy and product marketing team.
Dan McNamara also joins Zaius as the company’s VP of Customer Success. In this new role, he will lead a team obsessed with customer experience and value realization. Prior to this company, Dan worked at Quick Base and spent over a decade in publicly traded Enterprise healthcare tech at Athenahealth.
