Cloud technology platform for television and video advertising, Extreme Reach, has announced changes to its management and leadership team with several promotions. This includes the appointment of Tim Conley, who will now be the CEO of the company. Tim had co-founded the company and had also served as the COO of the company. Since, October 2017, he has been the President of the company.
Over and above the promotion of Conley, Extreme Reach has also promoted couple of other team members, to strengthen the C level team and expedite the process of execution of strategic vision of the organization. Jorge Martell will be the official CFO and Jennifer Wambold, who was previously VP of Human Resources will now be the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Speaking on this development, Jake Heller, Member of the Board and Principal at Spectrum Equity said, “We intended to undergo a rigorous search for the next CEO of Extreme Reach, but once the board began working even more closely with Tim and his executive team, it became crystal clear that Tim is exactly the right person to fulfil the vision for the company.”
He further commented, “Advertising in a content everywhere world has created exciting new opportunities for marketers but has also introduced a whole new set of complexity for brands, agencies and programmers faced with swiftly executing cross-screen campaigns. Martell had joined Extreme Reach in 2015 and lately he was the acting CFO of the company. He comes with 19 years experience spanning financial, operational and strategic leadership roles, which includes several senior leadership roles at Sapient Corporation and KPMG.
Conley was excited about this new opportunity and in his statement, he said, “I am honored to step into the role of CEO and continue the tight collaboration with our board, executive team and all our talented team members devoted to best serving the industry and our customers.”
He further commented, stating, “I’m also very pleased to recognize the excellent work of both Jorge and Jennifer. According to the statement issued by the company, these three promotions are immediately in effect.
