Karp is set to lead several teams as Sightly and will help steer the company to become a leader in performance video advertising and video analytics.
Performance video advertising and analytics platform, Sightly, has announced a new executive team hire.
Nichola Karp has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Product Officer at Sightly. Karp will lead the data, engineering, and product teams. She will also look after the software and technology service offerings of the company from ideation to execution. Her main objective is to automate the operations of Sightly and scale it up to ensure exponential growth within the organization.

Karp comes with solid experience of over 15 years in the industry of software engineering and over eight years in digital advertising technology. Prior to joining Sightly, Karp was the director and product group lead for Nielsen Marketing Cloud’s DMP serving as a key member of the Nielsen Product Leadership. Before that, Karp held a number of positions at Pulsepoint, where she was Director of Platform Management and Operations.

The hire of Karp comes amid a season of filling various positions at Sightly up until last month.
