This must be planned meticulously and with the right investments in place. Step 2: After putting together a marketing strategy, it is important to gain the confidence of top management. For that to happen, goals set should be from top to bottom, ensuring every member of the organization is in alignment. Marketers are game-changers in an organization, and to make sure you have that type of impact, it is important to know when and where to start from.
