Also, make sure that you’re including accurate information in your infographics. Any wrong information will provoke customers to call you out and will make your company look unreliable.

Customers today love a company that makes them feel good and if you can make your customer laugh, they’ll be likely to always attribute your company with a good feeling. Many customers use their emotions when searching for a company to do business with so if you can connect with your customer is a meaningful, fun way, they’re likely to associate your brand with a positive emotion which will lead them to spend money with your brand over and over.
