In determining the “50 Best Workplaces for Parents” list for 2018, GPTW based its rankings on a data-driven methodology. The ranking was drawn on the basis of employee responses to questions about company policies, practices, healthcare benefits, parental leave, adoption support, schedule flexibility etc. Ranking on this list is indicative of a good workplace environment and enhances the company’s branding as an employer.
