Sage Intacct Recognized by Glassdoor as One of the Best Places to Work in 2019

A market leader in cloud business management solutions Sage announced that San Jose-based Sage Intacct was recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in 2019” by the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award program.

The Employees’ Choice Awards program is based solely on the input of colleagues, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments, and companies on Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites.

Sage Intacct received a Glassdoor rating of 4.7 out of 5.0. This is just another feather on the hat for the company. Sage Intacct has always ensured that there is a collaborative culture where creativity, curiosity, and excellence are all valued and rewarded.

Rob Reid was the CEO of Intacct prior to its acquisition by Sage in August 2017. He was awarded a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award as one of the Top U.S. CEOs in 2018 and is now the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Sage Intacct. He said:

“At Sage Intacct, we have always understood that happy work colleagues lead to happy customers. We treat our colleagues with respect, give them the tools to grow in their career, and provide rewards for positive performance. In turn, our colleagues have helped Sage Intacct achieve unmatched levels of customer satisfaction — consistently outpacing our competitors and achieving a current satisfaction rating of 98 out of 100 on user review site G2 Crowd. To make it onto the Glassdoor list of the Top 50 SMB companies across the United States based on feedback from our colleagues is an outstanding achievement that we take immense pride in.”

“In today’s tight labor market, job seekers are in the driver’s seat when it comes to deciding where to work and they want to know the inner workings of a company before accepting a new job. To help people find the best jobs and the best companies, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards recognize employers at the top of their game,” said Dr. Andrew Chamberlain, Glassdoor Chief Economist. “For employers, we know that a satisfied and engaged workforce helps drive financial performance. Glassdoor Best Places to Work winners are strategically investing in company culture, career growth opportunities and more, which also serves as a major recruiting advantage.”
