Glassbox Raises 25 Million to Accelerate Its Digital Customer Management Platform

Israeli customer experience solutions company Glassbox announced it had raised $25 million in a Series C fundraising round last week. This round was led by D.C. based software growth equity firm Updata Partners. The round also witnessed participation from Ibex Investors, CEIIF, the venture arm of CreditEase, and Gefen Capital. This round takes the company’s total fundraising to $32.5 million to date.

Glassbox was founded in 2010 by Yoav Schreiber, Yaron Gueta and Hanan Blumstein and the company have offices in London, New York, and Tel Aviv. The company architected its technology platform to capture all activity in real time, thus boosting Digital Customer Management Coupled with an advanced application of machine learning in the digital analytics space, the platform surfaces automatic insights, resulting in unmatched ROI for customers. This new investment will fuel Glassbox’s hyper-growth globally while accelerating product development efforts related to its automatic insight capabilities.
