Leading provider of the most comprehensive AI-driven talent assessment suite and video interviewing solutions, HireVue, announced the appointment of Ilene Landon as the company’s Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Delivery.
HireVue is currently available globally in over 30 languages and has hosted more than nine million on-demand interviews and one million assessments. It’s more than 700 customers worldwide including over one-third of the Fortune 100 and leading brands such as Unilever, Hilton, JP Morgan Chase, Delta Air Lines, Vodafone, Carnival Cruise Line, and Goldman Sachs.
This hire comes at a time when HireVue is transforming the way companies discover, hire and develop the best talent globally with its Hiring Intelligence and its HireVue Video Interviewing platform.

Landon has more than twenty years of leadership experience with technology companies. Prior to joining HireVue, she was the Senior Vice President, Professional Services at MicroStrategy, where she led a transformation of the services organization to more productized, outcome-based, value-added services. Before that, she served as Vice President of Professional Services a SumTotal Systems. She has also spent more than seven years in leadership roles at SuccessFactors, five of those as the Director of Professional Services, focusing on project management and outcome-based delivery. She is also actively involved in mentoring women in leadership groups and served on a team at MicroStrategy which focused on the development of women leaders. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
In her new role, Landon will help expand HireVue’s professional services offering with broader implementation capabilities to maximize customer success.
