The MarTech Conference, a hub for discussion of ideas and practices at the intersection of marketing, technology, and management, is being held this year in Boston, Massachusetts from October 2-4.
MarTech is an “inspiring, cross-pollinating” experience that celebrates the integration of technology and marketing and is among the most awaited events for many tech-savvy marketing professionals.
MarTech Boston brings together over 40 speakers, including representatives from thought-leading companies such as JP Morgan Chase, GE Digital, and Dun & Bradstreet. The speakers will explore the convergence of marketing, technology, and management into a single, integrated discipline.
“Marketing, technology, and management were silos of the past,” says program chair Scott Brinker on the conference website. “Marketing technology management — MarTech — is the fabric of the future.” The conference aims to empower present and future leaders to capture the synergy among these disciplines in driving change through a unified MarTech team.
One team presenting at the conference is True Influence. “We are proud to be exhibiting at the MarTech Boston conference and connecting our subject matter experts with others in the industry,” says True Influence CEO Brian Giese. “We’ve always known how important the impact of intent monitoring on the industry is, and we are excited to share our views of it with respect to the stages of the behavioral process at the show.”
Steve Sirich, General Manager of Bing Ads at Microsoft will also be presenting. He will talk about how AI impacts marketing, technology, and management integration in running businesses.
“While some have doubted the outcome of this relationship [between marketing and AI], evidence points to its success. In turn, marketing is becoming more data-driven as integrated marketing, efficiency and ROI become more of a priority. Advertisers are looking to leverage more data about customers to target the right users and present them with personalized offers,” Sirich said via email. “Search data, when combined with the abilities of AI to reason over large volumes of data, enables deep user understanding for marketers. In short, it’s a powerful and impressive tool.”
The event also features other prominent presenters, such as David Edelman (CMO, Aetna), Mike Volpe (CMO, Cybereason), Holly Rollo (CMO, RSA), and Neenu Sharma (VP Marketing Strategy and Operations, GE Digital).
