Marketing veteran Rosanne Saccone has been appointed as the chief marketing officer of BlueJeans Network Inc.
Roseanne Saccone previously served as the CMO of Pentaho Corp., a Hitachi Group Company, since November 2011. Prior to working with Pentaho Corp., Rosanne was CMO and senior vice president at BEA Systems, where she helped drive the company’s thought-leadership market positioning as it began to develop its next-generation SaaS platform to support dynamic business applications.
During her tenure, BEA revenues grew to $1.6 billion, ultimately leading to BEA’s acquisition by Oracle for $8.6 billion. She has held various executive positions at Postini, Verisign and many more top brands.
“I am inspired by the challenge of how to use a data-driven approach to get the best from the entire marketing organization, from determining where to target and position to crafting creative marketing campaigns and programs that help companies grow and evolve to reach their full market potential,” said Saccone. “BlueJeans represents an enormous high-growth opportunity. I can’t wait to work with the team to take the company to the next level.”
A 25-year marketing expert, Saccone is highly recognized for leading and building strong marketing campaigns. Her modus operandi includes impeccable business strategy with a data-driven marketing approach that creates an impact at every stage of a customer’s journey. Her marketing career has included work across various industries, such as hardware, services and software companies.
“I am delighted to welcome Rosanne to the BlueJeans team,” said BlueJeans Executive Chairman Krish Ramakrishnan. “She is an exceptional talent, a remarkable leader and the absolute right fit to take BlueJeans forward as we capitalize on the transformation of the collaboration, meetings and enterprise application markets.”
Saccone will be succeeding Lori Wright, who held the position of CMO at BlueJeans Network since March 2016.
