LogMeIn’s Bold360, its flagship intelligent customer engagement solution, was named a winner of the 2018 SaaS Awards for Best Product for Customer Services/CRM. The company was honored for its proven ability to help businesses support their customers in truly innovative ways.

Now, the company announced that Bold360 has been named a Gold winner in the Best in Biz Awards category for Best New Product Feature of the Year – Enterprise and SMB. Here, it was recognized for the addition of Bold360 AI, a conversational chat-bot and virtual customer assistant solution that delivers advanced intelligence with out of the box simplicity.

“In today’s competitive market, customer experience is everything. One bad experience with a company is all it takes to drive a customer to the competition,” said Ryan Lester, Director of Customer Engagement Technologies at LogMeIn. “With our AI-enabled capabilities, companies of all sizes are able to anticipate customer needs and promote engagement at the right time and place. The recognition by the Best in Biz Awards is validation of the work we are doing to transform how companies engage with their customers and helping them to create experiences that drive increased satisfaction and brand loyalty.”
