Coffee and baked goods chain Dunkin’ Donuts is in the news for announcing the appointment of Tony Weisman as its new chief marketing officer for the U.S. Weisman is a marketing veteran whose career includes being the North American CEO of DigitasLBi, a global digital agency network, since 2013.
In his new role Weisman will be leading marketing, product innovation, field marketing, consumer insights, advertising, and the brand’s digital and consumer packaged goods initiative.
With nearly three decades of experience in advertising and marketing and association with top-notch brands like Leo Burnett, General Motors, Procter and Gamble, Reebok International and McDonalds Corp., we can surely hope that Weisman is able to bring a unique appeal to his new role at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Weisman will be officially joining the company in late September and will report directly to Hoffmann. He will be part of the Dunkin’ Brands leadership team and will be succeeding John Costello, former President of global marketing and innovation, whose retirement was announced in mid-2016.
Tony Weisman has also been the recipient of the Silver Medal Award 2015, an award from the Chicago Advertising Federation.
