ConvergeOne, a leading global IT service provider of collaboration and technology solutions, announced today that it has acquired Annese & Associates Inc. The latter is a New York-based Cisco Gold Certified Partner and IT thought leader. The acquisition, which solidifies ConvergeOne’s position as a leading provider of collaboration and IT enabled solutions in the market today, is effective immediately.
Annese & Associates Inc. is now known as Annese, a ConvergeOne Company.

Even with the acquisition, Ray Apy will continue to lead Annese as senior vice president. He will report to Paul Maier, president and CEO of Solutions at ConvergeOne.
