Leading enterprise mobility and digital applications company Kony, Inc. made an announcement today that the company has appointed Kathy Crusco as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Crusco is based out of Austin, Texas and will take up her duty immediately.
Crusco comes with a vast experience of over 30 years in the software and technology industries. She has led emerging businesses as well as large public organizations. Crusco also comes with a strong expertise and experience in finance and planning, tax, audit, mergers and acquisitions. In addition to the wealth of knowledge and experience in core finance, Crusco also has broad experience in operational areas of the software and technology industry.
Earlier, Crusco worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Epicor Software Corp. She was in Epicor for 10 years and, during her tenure, the company grew exponentially after undergoing a series of strategic acquisitions. She also delivered steady performance in terms of growth and improved operational margins. Crusco also led the sale of Epico to KKR in 2016. At the moment, Crusco is serving as a director on board of Calix Inc. and Mitchel International.
