Zenefits has announced Shaun Wiley as the organization’s CFO. Wiley brings more than twenty years’ experience sin financial administrations, having driven monetary system for HR, HCM, and insurance programming companies. Shaun will lead Zenefits’ financial strategy, deal with all FP&A capacities, and help scale the organization as it develops.
“Shaun is a proven, innovative leader with deep experience growing SaaS companies– both public and private– across the globe,” said Jay Fulcher, CEO of Zenefits. “Shaun’s experience in HR and insurance combined with his experience leading corporate long-term planning at Microsoft make him uniquely qualified for this role. He will play a critical part in helping us manage Zenefits’ expanding market position, enhancing our execution and scaling the company to meet demand.”
Zenefits also reported it was changing course in the wake of an unlicensed insurance sales scandal. The organization revealed it would leave the insurance brokerage business instead of giving the product to specialists. Zenefits and Conrad were fined about $1 million for deluding financial specialists over the organization’s compliance with state regulators. The organization has made various new arrangements recently, including another Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), (CPO), SVP of Building, and SVP of Products.
Moving forward, Wiley will be leading Zenefits’ financial strategy and helping to scale the company, according to the company’s press release.

Wiley worked for twelve years in the official workplaces at Microsoft, where he was in charge of corporate long haul arranging. He started his career at Deutsche Bank Capital Markets, where he was in charge of Risk Management and Trading in Convertible Bonds and Equity Market Derivatives.
